Mr. Bauman brings with him over twenty years of experience in the Real Estate and Business Franchising industries. He comes to us from Realty Executives Midwest part of an International Real Estate Franchise, where he served as Vice President for ten years. He has also served as Chair at Realty Executives International for Institutional Marketing for three years.

Mr. Bauman holds a Bachelors of Science from Minnesota State University Mankato and has previously managed several business operations in the United States.
